I am a somatic energy work practitioner, facilitator, researcher, and artist grounded in the wisdom of the body and practices of collective liberation in the present tense.

I offer individual somatic support and energetic tablework sessions, group work and facilitation, and research, writing, and storytelling for groups working for social change.

My work is systemic trauma aware and rooted in ongoing learning and practice around dismantling racism, ableism, and other systems of oppression. I celebrate queerness, neurodivergence, and all kinds of bodies.

I am a queer & non-binary practitioner raised and rooted on red clay Occaneechi Saponi land in central North Carolina. Plants, poetry, stillness, radical scholars and outcast bards are among my many teachers. I dance in my living room and submerge in water as often as I can.
